The first step is to call the toll free phone number and speak to a healthcare professional who will gather information about your medical need.
In about 5 minutes, you'll be talking to a nurse or physician. They will discuss your concerns, your symptoms, your persecution refills, or anything else you need.
If they can't provide the care you need over the phone, they will schedule an appointment for you with a provider.
Their team of providers will work with you to create a care plan. With care logistics, it's like having a doctor on call 24/7/365.
Visit
The Doctor
If you do need to be seen in person, your appointment will have already been set and the doctor's office will have already been prepped with the information you provided over the phone.
When you show up, you won't have any paperwork to complete and you won't have to sit and wait. What would normally be a 40 minute visit, is now 20 minutes.
And, your visit is completely free since there is no deductible or copay.
Get Labs & Prescriptions
If you need lab work, it's covered 100%, as long as you use LabCorp. And if you want, the care logistics team will make the appointment for you.

Call The 888 Number First
With other healthcare plans when you need health care you call the doctor to make an appointment, and it might take weeks to be seen. When you do get in, you have to wait. And while you wait, you have to complete paperwork.
With this plan, just call the dedicated line 24/7/365 in English or Spanish and the care logistics team will make it as easy as possible for you by initiating your treatment immediately over the phone.
You can call anytime with benefits questions or care needs.
Routine Care During Business Hours
Start by calling the 888 number and speaking to the care logistics team.
With that call, your treatment has begun. They will collect your medical history, discuss the reason for your call, and basically do everything that would happen in the office, right then over the phone.
Next, they will get a provider on the call with you. That provider will have all the information they need to potentially diagnose and prescribe while you are on the phone with them. You'll save time and avoid the hassle of having to take time off work and drive to a doctor's office.
If you need to be seen in person, they will schedule the appointment for you and call ahead and provide the doctor with all the information so once you arrive, all you have to do is be seen. No sitting around and no filling out paperwork. What would normally be a 45-minute appointment, is now done in as little as 10 minutes.
Routine Care After-Hours
Say you are driving home from work and you're not feeling well. Simply call the 888 number and within 5 minutes you'll be on the phone with a Provider.
About 70% of the time they can provide a diagnosis and write a prescription over the phone. But, if you need an in-office visit, they will schedule it for you right then and there and provide all your information before you get there.

Non-Routine Care
But what if something happens that isn't covered, like an MRI, injuries from a car accident or a broken arm?
For non-routine care not covered by this plan, call the 888 number and the care logistics team will make sure you get the best care possible for a fair price. They don't want you spending thousands of dollars for an MRI when they know you can get one for around $480.
They will also look for all government and private assistance programs you might qualify for. As a result, in many cases you won't have to pay anything. Lastly, they will look at any other insurance you have which might apply.
